Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
When you receive your order, make a quick unboxing video and check the contents carefully. If you notice any damage, defects, or mistakes, let us know right away. An Unboxing video is mandatory if the product is received in a damaged, defective condition or if you receive the wrong item. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and ensure a smooth experience for you.

Guideline For Unboxing Video and Replacement Claims
To ensure a smooth and fair resolution process, an unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, missing item, or wrong product claims. Please follow the guidelines below carefully. Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.

Please make sure your unboxing video follows all of the steps below:

  1. Show the parcel from the top clearly, ensuring the shipping label is fully visible before opening the package. This helps us verify that the shipment belongs to us. 
  2. Record a full 360° view of the sealed parcel, showing all sides before cutting it open. This is required to confirm that there was no prior tampering.
  3. Unbox the parcel completely on camera, displaying all components clearly. Do not pause, cut, or edit the video—keep it as a single, continuous clip, as this is essential to verify missing or incorrect items.
  4. Show any damage clearly in the same video immediately upon opening the product.
  5. Ensure the video is a single unedited clip; edited or paused videos will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For any damage, missing part, or wrong item claim, only the unboxing video will be considered as valid evidence for verification.

 

Return charges
For replacements due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, we’ve got you covered—we’ll handle all return costs. However, if no defect is found after physical inspection, return shipping charges of ₹180 (may vary by parcel size) must be borne by the customer. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
